The investment includes expanding the existing production and warehouse hall along with the construction of a social and office building.

  The expansion of the hall is carried out as a single-storey structure with reinforced concrete and steel construction, featuring a lightweight cladding made of sandwich panels.
• Usable area of the social and office part: 950.00 m2
  The two-storey building has a traditional construction (brick with reinforced concrete elements) and a steel roof structure.
