Reconstruction of technological pipelines belonging to CIECH Soda Polska with diameters DN900 and DN600, which were in conflict with the construction of the Inowrocław bypass along National Roads No. 25 and 15.

In a very short period – from April 13 to June 30, 2019 – on the commission of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), we carried out the reconstruction of two transmission pipelines DN600 and DN900 within protective pipes DN1200. The pipelines belonging to CIECH Soda Polska S.A. could be stopped for no more than 4 days, requiring the development of an appropriate work and logistics system.

The scope of this task included:

• Preparation of work area along with detour roads
• Temporary relocation of the drainage channel
• Installation of sealing walls
• Uncovering existing pipelines
• Pumping out and disposal of the transmitted medium
• Disassembly of pipelines
• Excavation of the route for the new pipelines due to the collision with the Inowrocław bypass project
• Installation of new pipelines
• Construction of new concrete chambers
• Backfilling excavations with compaction to road parameters.
