Construction of a parking lot and storage yard with accompanying infrastructure in a design-build system, on the premises of the PAROC Polska Production Plant in Trzemeszno.

The investment included the construction of a storage yard and parking lots on the premises of the PAROC Polska Sp. z.o.o. Plant in Trzemeszno.

• In the first stage of the investment, an illuminated and fenced storage yard (covering an area of over 3 hectares) was created, with an asphalt access road, stormwater drainage with a DN800 collector, and a firefighting water supply network.
• The second stage of the investment involved constructing parking lots for passenger and commercial vehicles with concrete block pavement (covering a total area of over 1.5 hectares), the second section of the peripheral asphalt road, a retention tank, and a teletechnical network.
• Due to its location in a marshy area, the execution of the investment required specialized knowledge and experience. To ensure optimal technical solutions adapted to existing geological conditions, the company BROSTER also participated in the design process.
