Construction of a production plant for vibrated concrete products in Bydgoszcz.

The investment included the construction of a production hall for vibrated concrete products by POLBRUK, along with external courtyard and access roads pavements, electrical and telecommunication installations, sanitary installations, internal and external gas installations, and the construction of an infiltration tank for rainwater drainage.

Functional parameters:

• Area of the production hall and office building: 3,930.80 m2
  The hall was constructed as a single-storey facility with a reinforced concrete and steel structure and lightweight cladding made of sandwich panels. The office building is a two-story structure with traditional construction (brick with reinforced concrete elements).
• Area of constructed internal roads and paved squares: 15.306,30m2.
